I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some personal news with you and explain how it may impact your upcoming appointments. As many of you know, I am scheduled for surgery on May 1st. The road to recovery is expected to be 2.5 to 3 weeks long, during which I will be taking some time off to focus on my health. My last day in the salon will be April 28th and I plan to return between May 18-22 as I am able.
I am overwhelmed by the kind, caring responses I have received from many of you about this, and I deeply appreciate your understanding during this period. My top priority has always been to ensure you continue to receive exceptional service and the high-quality experience that you have come to expect.
With this in mind, I have carefully handpicked a few talented stylists who I trust completely, and I have the utmost confidence in their ability to take great care of you in my absence should you need them. I have provided their names and contact information below.
I am happy to brief them on your preferences and needs, and I am certain that they will make you feel at ease and comfortable during your appointment if you choose to use them.
Many you you have expressed a desire to wait for an appointment until my return. To ensure a seamless experience online reservations are available and will continue to open on a rolling 30 day rotation. The calendar will begin to open dates for my return on April 18th.(30 days in advance of my return date.)
