What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

The experience starts when you submit the New Guest Pre-Consultation Form. After you submit your request form, I will email you within 24 hours Monday- Friday to let you know which service makes the most sense for your hair needs.From there you'll visit my online reservation system, pick a day and time that works best for you and we will make it a date!

The Consultation

The day of your appointment - You will pull up to the cutest salon in Overland Park. There is tons of  parking, and you'll know you got the right spot when you see the big "Tranquility Salon & Spa Suites" sign out front.

Once you make your way inside, we will do a quick salon tour, then sit down in my suite for a 15 minute consultation. Here, we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met. If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.  

Your appointment and Beyond

We've got Wi-Fi, sparkling water, delicious seasonal beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and zero gravity massage chairs  to keep you comfortable as your color processes. You can even enjoy the lush green view from our processing oasis while you sip + snack​.

We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot. I will recommend styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
