Cancellation Policy
By Chelsea Renee Salon & Extension Bar requires a non refundable 50% service retainer taken at the time your appointment is made. In the event that you would need to cancel, reschedule a reservation or change an appointment in any way, we require a 48 hour notice. If 48 hours are not given to cancel, reschedule or make changes to the appointment, the service retainer will be forfeited. No - shows are included under this policy. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the 48 hour cancellation window the retainer may be transferred once to a future appointment.

No Call/No Show
Guests who no call/ no show will forfeit their initial appointment retainer and will be required to pay for future appointments in full prior to the service.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate reserved services and the retainer forfeiture will be applied.
Children/Others
As our insurance policy does not cover children in the salon we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. By Chelsea Renee Salon & Extension Bar is a boutique style salon and as such space is limited to only guests receiving services.
