Should I come with clean or dirty hair?

The best way to be prepared for an upcoming appointment is to have freshly washed and dried hair on the day of your appointment. This ensures that color is able to penetrate the hair shaft evenly without being encumbered by product buildup or debris in the hair.
Can I bring my friends or children to my appointment?

At By Chelsea Renee Salon & Extension Bar we strive to create a luxurious and exclusive experience for our guests. To ensure the relaxing atmosphere of the boutique-style salon, no children or other non-service recipients are allowed. We thank you kindly for understanding this policy and look forward to pampering you during your appointment!

What is the best way to make, changes to my appointment?

Booking with me has never been easier - you can make, change or cancel your reservation online at any time. But don't forget that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy to keep in mind and if you need to reschedule within this window, then the retainer fee will be forfeited.

COVID-19 Safety?

The salon is fully sanitized after each guests appointment, before the start of another service. When you arrive, Chelsea will text you a brief health screening questionnaire and meet you at the door once your answers have been received. Masks are optional at this time and Chelsea is happy to do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable at your appointment.
