I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you with a heavy heart as I mourn the loss of my grandmother, who left us last night. Her funeral service has been scheduled for this coming Thursday.
I will be taking some time away to grieve and honor her memory, which means I will not be present at the salon for the rest of this week.

To those of you who have been affected by scheduling changes, If you would like to be seen in my absence, my dear friend Angie has graciously offered to help while I am out. Her contact information is below. I will share your formulas with her as needed, to ensure seamless service. Angie is working out of my suite so nothing will be different except the service provider.
