Get ready, Get set, Get an appointment!

We are all SO VERY excited to get started back in the Salon! Our stylists cant wait to see you and we know you've missed us. Cheers to a more normal reality!

**Online booking will resume on May 16th at 8:00am so mark your calendars and get ready! **

To reiterate how we are moving forward with reservations, ALL previously scheduled appointments have been canceled through June 30th. You will need to visit www.bychelsearenee.com to request the service and time that works best for your schedule. If you are unsure what to schedule please email chelsea@latherandlash.com for instructions.

Again, You are our top priority! While we are receiving new guest requests daily, we are not taking new guests until you have been given the opportunity to be seen.

For your convenience, I've included a refresher in online booking, just incase it's been a while.

Please familiarize yourself with our services beforehand so you are ready to make your reservation at that time. Included for your convenience is a step-by-step guide for online reservations. A few things to remember:

  • To maximize the time we have in the salon and see as many guests as possible, if the time you requested creates a time gap between another appointment, we will change the time to remove the gap and notify you. If the change does not work for your schedule please notify us and we will contact you to find a solution.

  • If you typically get more than one service at a time, be sure they are all represented in the services you request. For example:

  • highlight, root touch up, and a haircut

  • full balayage application and a haircut

  • If you are immuno-suppressed or work in the medical field, to minimize exposure, we have special times for you. Please email us at chelsea@latherandlash.com to set up an appointment.

We ask for your continued patience as we navigate re-entry the best way we know how. There are a few changes we want to make you aware of.

  • You will notice that service times are longer to accommodate extra precautionary measures. Thank you for understanding and working with us.

  • Due to the very high demand for evenings and Saturdays, prices will be slightly higher for appointments from 4pm- 7pm and all Saturday appointments. If you do not require an evening or Saturday appointment, pricing will remain the same. This will help us see you at the date and time that works best for your schedule.

Thank you for understanding and know that these decisions were not made lightly. Again, my assistant Courtney also has availability and different pricing to accommodate all budgets. She is smart, capable, and has worked tirelessly by me for months to be prepared to love hair and her guests the way I do. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! This has been an extremely trying season but getting back in the salon and with all of you is the best remedy I can think of. I sincerely appreciate every single one of you!
